
Robert
Vincent Ludwick 3/16/1923 - 7/4/2011 Born in Concord, NE, the son of Earl and
Laura Ludwick, Bob was raised in Ekalaka, MT. Bob served with honor in the
US
Navy during
WWII
and was wounded by shrapnel during his service on a sub-chaser. He was a
long-time resident of Billings, MT and a retired insurance broker. Bob was
Past Potentate of the Al Bedoo Shrine Temple (1994) and played horn in the
world champion Shrine Oriental Band. He was a member of the American Legion;
the 40&8; life member of his Masonic, York Rite and Scottish Rite lodges;
The Jesters and The Cabiri. Bob had lived in Tucson since 1996 where he was a
charter member of the Shrine Sabaar Temple. He was an avid golfer and scored a
Hole-in-One on 11/4/02! Bob was a champion pool player, raised orchids,
enjoyed photography and was a HAM Radio general operator. Bob passed away
peacefully at his Tucson home with wife Janice Lemon-Ludwick at his side. He
is survived by sister, Arlene Cleveland of Thornton, CO; son, Robert (Robin)
Ludwick of Billings, MT; son, Bill Ludwick of Polson, MT; stepdaughters, Lorna
Lemon of Queen Creek, AZ and Julie Goswick of Tucson. Visitation Friday, July
8, 2011, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway.
Memorial Service Saturday, July 9, 2011, 1:00 pm. Interment in Ekalaka, MT. In
lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
