This was a great hamfest. I don't know if the buyers were buying or not, but there was a great turnout. I took almost 200 pictures, culled a few and decided that these were some of the best I had taken of the folks who frequent these meetings. I have to say that I love the camaraderie and the opportunity to photograph as many as I can. If I missed you, just let me know next hamfest and I'll 'shoot' you. Since I'm an AMer, I decided to show off the AM is King banner and yours truly, as well.

You know how it is, things go well when the right folks are making it happen. Once again, KD7UIZ - Don and the RST crew did a great job. The weather was perfect and considering that the official hamfest time was from 7:00 - 11:00, there was a good turnout, better than last year and that's the goal. Somehow I missed K7HWG - Juan who was one of the RST guys that worked hard to make it a go.

The VE's were hard at work with AA3OF - Diane leading the way and they tested 12 people with one new ham and 5 upgrades. Good job!
